How do I make an appointment?

I offer a few ways to book appointments. For new clients, I ask that you fill out a new guest profile so I can get to know the basics. From there I will reach out to personally schedule your first appointment.

For returning clients, I suggest utilizing my online booking option. When booking, note that this is a booking request. I will confirm or decline. You will then receive a notification via text and/or email. If your request is denied for any reason, I will reach out with furhter information to get you scheduled. I understand not everyone loves technology and am willing to schedule via text or phone call as needed.

I don’t see the service I am looking for on your website. Do you offer….?

I do not aim to be a master at all but to excel in what I do offer. I also recognize that I do not have a passion for some services. I am happy to refer you to trusted stylists that offer the following: mens & childrens haircuts, perms, some keratin treatments, fades. If you are unsure, please ask!

Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If done less than 24 hours in advance I will require a booking fee should you wish to schedule a future appointment. The booking fee is 50% of the service you wish to schedule and would be applied to your total at the time service is rendered.

NO - SHOW POLICY

No - show appointments will be handled in the same manner as cancellations. A booking fee of 50% of the service will be required to schedule and will be applied at time service is rendered.

EXCEPTIONS

I understand life happens - I do not enforce this policy in the event of emergency situations. However, I will reserve the right to charge a booking fee should I feel the situation is being taken advantage of.
