The Pre-Visit
After submitting your profile, I will be in touch to review and ask any further questions I may have. Think of it as a mini consultation. From there I will help you determine what service fits you best and get your first appointment scheduled. You will receive a confirmation text a few days prior to your first appointment.
The Consultation
Whether it’s your first time in your chair or a loyal client, I will provide a thorough consultation. While this may seem mundane for those that have been in my chair many times, I want to ensure that I have your hair goals in mind and we are on the same page before beginning any service. Ensuring that every guest is comfortable and confident going into a hair appointment is vital.
During the Appointment
Explaining the various steps it takes to achieve the hair goal is a given. I know many guests like to know what is happening or why I disappear into another room every so often. I aim for every guest to feel comfortable with their time in my chair. Scalp massages and styling are a must.
The Client Cart: A small cart is provided for you to keep your belongs close by. It is also stocked with all the essentials: water, snacks, treats, and magazines.
The Goodbye
Wrapping up an appointment includes ensuring guests know how to rebook for any future appointments, reviewing product recommendations, and taking a few few pictures to show off to friends and family.
